CrossFit

CrossFit Kids classes bring fitness and fun together to create a safe and engaging environment where kids can develop strength, coordination, and confidence. Our coaches create tailored workouts that are challenging yet enjoyable, fostering a sense of accomplishment and a positive attitude towards health and wellness.

Get Moving

No matter your age staying active is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle! Our Get Moving classes are designed specifically for over 60s, programmed to increase your capacity for movement and maintain a robust and resilient body.
