Are there any lock in contracts?

At CrossFit Woden we have no lock in contracts! All of our memberships run on a fortnightly basis, to put your membership on hold or cancel a membership all you have to do is give us 1 weeks notice prior to the requested date and send the notice to memberships@crossfitwoden.com.

Can I just jump straight into classes?

Accepted Answer

Unless you have prior experience we highly recommend starting with our Beginner program. The Beginner program is designed to teach you the basics and get you used to classes in a learning environment.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Accepted Answer

NO!

The reason we do CrossFit is to get fit! Everything we do is scalable to enable you to build your strength, cardio base, and technique over time.
